Nick isn't sick. It's his dad. When I was up there he had a massive stroke.

I have not heard anything about this. I was assured my order would be given top priority. I'll look into this.

Wow, I was just reading over at Protege5.com, apparently Nick from Perfworks, who has been working with Andy at Wagner, is in jail, and has been since Sunday. His girlfriend had been telling everyone that his father was in the hospital, but in reality he's been locked up! I think they said it was for violation of probation, so it doesn't look like he's gonna be out for awhile. Theres a couple of people over there waiting on very large orders from him, needless to say, they're rather pissed!

yeah, I saw that and was hoping to avoid the poop-maelstorm over here.

Nick apparently has a lot of problems going on with him. To ease your conscience though guys, Andy is the one building the headers and everything for us. Nick was just the AEM tuner.

Andy shouldn't be held accountable for Nick's actions so before anyone goes on a rampage here let's wait until the dust settles to see what happens.

I spoke with Andy today and asked him if there was anything I could do to help him out. He told me he was stopping all further orders until he got his previous back-log of work out. I know this is frustrating, but please be pateint. Andy had hired more help and things should be much quicker from here on out.

I think we're a little more mature over here, and thats the only reason I posted it. It's crazy how that thread has exploded over there in like 2 days, but the real truth is out now, so there's not really much to yell and scream over. I'm not worried about the headers, like you said, Nick is his own person and shop, this shouldn't really affect Andy. On the other hand, is this going to be a problem with the AEM units?

I understand people run into problems but alot of us paid alot of money for these, and were all just supposed to wait blindly....it would be nice to maybe have a date we could expect these headers?

well it's great news that andy has decided to discontinue taking new orders until he gets caught up.. that means to me he cares to get our order done (in addition to all his other existing orders). i'm sure it'll all work out in the end.. i'm not going to get bent over this.. i'm sure Nick will be back soon.. come on, it's not like we're all perfect angels.. i've had my own run in with the law, so i won't judge.

The AEM is still good to go. Both Nick and Andy are AEM certified. Nick was just going to be taking the AEM load off Andy so he could concentrate on fabrication...basically splitting the workload, now it's all piled back up on Andy.

Shameis, I know you're frustrated. I am also. I wish there was something I could do to help but unfortunatly we're having to play this one by ear. I am unsure how long it will take to get these out but after talking with andy today he is going to stop all incoming orders and only focus on work already promised. This is very smart.

Andy is a man of his word. When I flew up to the open house he was kind enough to drive me around, give me a bed to sleep in and food to eat. He didn't have to do any of that but he did because he's a good guy. He'll come through for us, we just have to weather these delays.

Not really to upset....belive me I understand I have been through my fair share of set backs. Just wish we could have some kind of date that we could be expecting them.

Agreed. I'm feeling this turning into a soap opera.....I could watch soap opera's for free....$285.00 is a little steep for all this drama.

Sorry, but I'm fairly frustrated as well.

looks like andy is on the ball with the headers.. a couple guys on the other forum have reported getting their headers and/or getting a call from andy telling them he's about to finish up their order by the end of the week..

hopefully we're getting ours soon too!!

A little off topic but does anyone know if the wagner mid-pipe will bolt-on to an HKS axle-back exhaust??? It's should'nt be a problem if the mid-pipe bolts-on to the stock axle-back right??
