Also guys just wanted to point out that the supplier has been very pleased with how smoothly this is working out for everyone and will be allowing me to sell their entire line of Brembo's. He's compiling a price list for me as we speak so if you have other vehicles (non-protege) and you want a set of these just let me know. I just got a set of rotors for my friends eclipse for $100 shipped. These prices are just awesome so if you know anyone looking for an upgrade send them my way!

Once I get price list back I'll see what he has (if anything) for the 3. Being that it's a brand new car I highly doubt there are any parts for it yet. I'll check though.

I'll see what I can do. I may also be able to work a better deal out on 2 sets at once since the shipping would be a little less.

Rotors

Matt -

I am stuck with front disks only (Anyone know a conversion kit for rear discs for the 02 LX?), so put me down for the pair, but I heard a lot of noise about the slots chewing the daylights out of the pads, so I'm leaning toward CD only. I Hope that's not gonna mess up the works. Ive got the 4-lugger.

Keep me posted on the buy, and when you need the bucks. Yeah, I know, you REALLY need the bucks now!

Actually most people complain about the drills eating pads but these are chamfered-drilled which basically reccesses the top of the dril into more of a funnel shape. This eliminates a 90* edge and helps prevent chewing into the pad.

There are two types of rotors for the 4-lugs....the 1.8L and 1.6L have different sized rotors. Just tell me your engine size and I'll get you the right rotors.

As soon as you pay the rotors will ship out. Payment through paypal (no creidt cards or e--checks) can be made immediatly to "perrymuk@bellsouth.net". If you need to send a money order pm me for details. Your total is $104shipped.

Actually, I've got the 2002 LX with the 2.0 liter engine. It's just a sedan along side you guys with the P5's, but it serves my purposes.

Let me know on this (any change in price?). Also, a search on the board showed no info on rear disc conversion for this buggy. I did note your warning another newbie the the prices on parts didn't make the conversion very practical. Any direct comments?

Thanks.

and your car is a 4-lug car? I bet it will require the larger front disks....They are the same size as ther p5/es disks just in 4lug

Yeah, typically doing rear-disk conversions are very pricey and unless you're converting your car into a racer or weekend auto-xer the gain isn't worth the cost. Most people that do the swap usually have a wrecked rear-disk car at their disposal so they can get all of the associated pieces that go with them. Contact "Macdaddyslomo" I believe he's doing a rea disk swap now.

Hey Rod Im sorry I havent been able to get back with you, Military business. Anyway APO is set up so people can mail us stuff and it will be like shipping it to the states.

It HAS to go USP Priority mail. If that is a problem I will fork out all the money to pay for it and a litle extra for your troubles.

It shouldnt be too much of a problem. About a month ago I had I guy ship me some a full Rotora brake kit for my Lancer Evolution. Those were 12in rotors so I am pretty sure the post office will do it.

It all depends on how much trouble you or anyone else wants to go through.
Thanks
