Neon question.

Are neon lights that go under your car illeagal in Minnesota? and if they are WHY????

Yes they are. Our state is somewhat strict with driving regulations if you hadn't noticed. They're illegal because of how distracting they are. At least that's my opinion. Don't waste cash on that, buy performance mods.
