Question Neon Under kit and Subs Question

If I have a neon underglow kit that has a transformer putting out 9500V and I have my subs with an amp running 350 watts am I gonna need to do something to save my battery from dying quickly? Am I gonna need to put a capacitor on the subs or anything like that?

Thanks

Hey B LEDz, I have a question regarding capacitors. I was arguing with my friend the other day because he said that capacitors made your battery last longer, I told him that all a capacitor does is give the amp some extra juice so that it doesn't "cut" the sound when it's being pushed hard. am I right?
