Anyone in Illinois and maybe Wisconsin or Indiana would like to get together for a meet before that midwest winter hits us. I know right now of EricF and myself in the area. Anyone else like to join?

Pat, check out the Upper Midwest Regional section. There were a couple other people in there. I'd like to have a get together in IL finally, if we can round up enough people.

Who is all up for a meet? It would be the 1st weekend in November (Nov 3) to be exact. We can meet somewhere between here (DeKalb) and the city. I am only 1 hour from downtown. I would like to get together soon, before old man winter comes and I am forced to change the wheels and tires.

You got that strut tower from ebay? How is it? What is the outside diameter and inside diameter on that bar on the tower? I emailed evotech and they still haven't responded to me.

I think it was worth the money. Ever drive a civic with the double wishbone front suspension? It feels a little like that, with a sharper turn-in than before, more neutral. It might be better with your wheel and tire combo, as I have the stock 14" alloys and some shitty Coopers that my car came with, and will soon be replaced with Potenza RE-950's. I have a rear strut tower bar on the way, plus, I plan on adding Suspension Techniques stabilizer bars front and rear, Tokiko struts, Cusco camber plates, and Eibachs. But that's after I buy a crotch rocket in May.

I'll run out to the car later with and measure it.

Oh, and I'm seriously considering a KL-ZE swap from A-spec up in Canada. Seems like the best deal as far as a somewhat emissions legal, daily driven on 90 octane car.
