Nope never mind. That is mislabeled, the title said 2010 workshop manual. The manual is from 1994. The z5 engines were put into the old 323s.

i went back and looked at the manual i have and it's both for the mazda3 and mazdaspeed3. lucky day.
Check that the link i posted up top, that page has a link to a mazda3 service manual. If it doesn't work out let me know.
