New to this forum obviously. I'm an avid racer and BMW enthusiast. My wife recently started Auto Crossing her 2006 Mazda 3 and is now fully hooked which means I need to get her better tires. I already picked out the Dunlop StarSpec Z1 as I used it on my M5 last year and will be using it on my M3 for HPDE session's and misc AutoX events this year. Imo, for our climate there is no better tire out there and I've driven on EVERYTHING!

So what I'm looking to find out is the widest tire I can fit on her completely bone stock car with the OEM 16" wheels? I'm going to have her run H-Stock since it's such a slow class anyways, she might have a chance to compete locally.

Also if anyone has any advice for a decent alignment setup for her car I would appreciate it. Something not too aggressive so it wears out the tires quickly but better than the horrid stock alignment.
