Coffee drinkers ...

For all you coffee drinkers, one suggestion - get a coffee press! Forget anything that plugs into the wall, the press is the only way to go. It consistently makes better coffee. In case you didn't know, this is a coffee press

Mmmmm....coffee. It is the best way to go but not something I can do at work, sadly.

Best coffee I ever had was a Kenyan blend at Boma (it's the restaurant inside the Animal Kingdom Hotel at Disney). They put the press on your table. I drank two.

If you're taking the ephedra to boost metabolism, try some Cambodian Green Tea from an Asian market. I love a cup before going for a run. EGCG really works, and doesn't give you any jitters like ephedra can.

It's a LOT stronger, more concentrated flavors ... which makes sense coming from a much hotter climate. I get the whole leaf stuff and just give a quick wash before making my tea. The Cambodian also doesn't have that bitter acidity that most other green teas have.
