Coffee drinkers ...
For all you coffee drinkers, one suggestion - get a coffee press! Forget anything that plugs into the wall, the press is the only way to go. It consistently makes better coffee. In case you didn't know, this is a coffee press

Mmmmm....coffee. It is the best way to go but not something I can do at work, sadly.
Best coffee I ever had was a Kenyan blend at Boma (it's the restaurant inside the Animal Kingdom Hotel at Disney). They put the press on your table. I drank two. |
Coffee .. not my thing. Looks like a good product tho, just not for me.

^^^ You must be under 30, I didn't care for coffee either a few years ago.
|
You got it ... I just turned 20 like 2 months ago. Yea I know, you guys are jealous of my youth. It's ok :)

I gave up coffee. . . for espresso!! :Kill1:

Cafe Americano for me. I use a stove top espresso maker. It rocks :o)

If you're taking the ephedra to boost metabolism, try some Cambodian Green Tea from an Asian market. I love a cup before going for a run. EGCG really works, and doesn't give you any jitters like ephedra can.
