Coffee.....

Why can I NOT live without this stuff?

I'm glad I don't have an "office job" - or I'd be drinking coffee constantly - I'd never have an empty mug.

I just made a fresh pot at home. Man - take that first sip and "ahhhhhhhhh......". So goooood.

Mmmmmmm...coffee.....the hotter, the better. I don't know what I'd do without you....

I know what you mean.....I too am the same way....but I DO have a job where I am in an office a LOT....I have to keep a leash on myself or I would drink WAY to much....as it is I probably put away anywhere from 6 to 12 cups (big cups I might add) a day....

do you like yours BLACK or doctored up?

something I like to do now and then is I go to the store and buy a box of ANDIES CANDIES...they are the little chocolate mint candies....unwrap three and put in my cup....add the coffee....stir it up...YUMMY! you can smell the mint and the chocolate really gives you that little extra kick of caffeen!!! lol

I like to use Cremora powder creamer - keeps the java HOT. Other than that, I'll take half & half any day. Black is fine if that's all there is.

No sugar. Ever.

I don't know if you have 7-11's in the lone star state, but here they have lots of flavored coffees. Not sugary flavorings, but flavored beans. I got hooked on the blueberry creme - don't knock it till you try it! Chocolate Cherry and Cinnamon kick ***, too. 7-11 coffee is excellent - almost as good as Dunkin Donuts (Starbucks is *aight* - but I'll be damned if I'll spend $3 on a cup o' joe).

I will have to try the Andes thing - sounds great. With the right flavoring, I can take a sweet coffee. But as a general rule, I don't like any kind of sweetener. The mint chocolate sounds great though - I'm sure my wife is gonna go nuts for it.

Hmmm....we also just got our little stash of Girl Scout cookies. Thin Mints dunked in Andes coffee.....mmmmmmmm

Yeah I get anxiety attacks... I swear people are staring at me... and I can't breathe

Yet I still love those Starbucks Frappucinos that you can buy at the grocery store...fortunately the price is a rip-off so I'm not tempted too often to get it

What bothers me is that on the weekends I can get up the same time I usually get up for work and feel fine, but if I have to go to work there is no damn way without my coffee. I'm like a zombie on weekdays.

Coffee is just one of those tastes you have to acquire, for whatever stupid reason. I got hooked on it when I was a kid and my grandparents would give me a cup with lots of sugar and milk. Then as I got older the sugar and milk slowly disappeared. I take mine black now. But I've tried that thing Nuke was talking about and I will vouch for it that and the little green amaretto milk carton type thing you can buy at the store, both good.

Midnight - You are one sick child molesting monkey . How about a hot ex-girlscout sorority chick instead?

Dude I have the same exact problem. I think its a mental thing...because I dread waking up and facing this "burden" that will last a good part of the day.
