P5 How do you remove?Any body done this?

How do you remove the remove the cushion section of the dash above the glove compartment? Do you have to remove the glovebox?

take off the glove box reach up underneath

red are screws blue is clips... and the green is a screw i can feel.... but i cant get it out. i tried everything

need to send it off for brushed aluminum. Thanks I will check it out are you sure the green one is a srew or bolt?
