Pretty Stupid Intake Question,But....

Is the AEM short ram air intace the same for automatic and manual cars, or is there a certain kind for manuals and a certain kind for automatics? I know this may be a stupid question but I just want to be shure.

The AEM short ram intake for the automatic is different from that of the manual.

The automatic one is more like a straight pipe, to make clearance for the automatic tranny. The manual one has a bend that goes down towards the bottom of the car, and can because, nothing is blocking it.

Make sure you get the right one, for whatever engine you have, the 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0.
