GTX Turbo

Interesting....I thought GTX's had VJ-20 Turbos on them? Should my turbo have IHI pressed on it????

IHI makes the VJ-20 turbo. It's like buying a Garrett T3.

Seeing VJ-20 and IHI-T3 is what confused me.

Some IHI's use a T3 turbine flange (Ford) as opposed to the oddball **** like the Mazdas and Subarus use.

Is there a plate on your compressor housing that has the model number on it?
