My 95 Protege fully loaded has a problem. When the headlight switch is in the off positon, the instrument lights are on. When I turn the headlight switch to either the park or on position, the instrument lights turn off. The digital clock works normally and the dimmer switch does nothing at all. WTF is going on!?!?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

there was a recall for that , you have to take the car to the dealer
