Question Could have cold weather done this?

Ok, here is the deal. About two and half months ago, my airbag light went on(solid). And you all know, that here is New England, it has been below freezing weather for more then a week. So, this morning, I start the car, warmed it up, and began driving. All of the sudden, the air bag light starts flashing, and eventually disappears! Now, I am confused as hell, because I thought that I had a sensor out, but now it either the airbag lightbulb is dead, or what ever problem I had just fixed itself. But seriously, how many times does this happen?

I don't think the weather reallyhad anything to do with it, but maybe. I know when I first got my car, about a week later, the bag light started flashing, and it did that for a few days and then stopped. It hasn't done it since.
