New DIN pocket from Scosche and SoundKase

For any of you who have struggled with the sometimes-shitty-looking open pockets under your aftermarket single DIN deck, and/or don't want to pay a crazy price for the Madza pocket from the MP3 or Mazdaspeed Pro, Scoshce has a pretty cool new pocket for that area, made by SoundKase.

It's not on the website yet (Scosche or SoundKase), but I saw it in this month's Car Audio & Electronics magazine (p53, for those interested) - and it listed Mazda in the applications. It's a cd-holder pocket, with trays that slide out.

I scanned the magazine pic:

Looks a lot like one Porsche uses, way cool! I'll try to find a price on it, I might be interested in one!

We can get one like that in Australia worth about $95AUD about $45/$50US I think VDO make them, they hold four CD's.

Agreed - I've seen stuff like this before, too - especially for the Miata.

But now it looks like it might be more of a universal fit unit, or made for more vehicles.

Again - and I guess this is for you Dave - I hope you have some good sources, because I couldn't find these things ANYWHERE on the net.

if you READ the description provided by that company, you will see that the pocket is DIN sized to fit 'many' vehicles, not just miatas.
