Fraidy Cat Camaro?
This isnt really a kill but... hell its my first post in this section and it fits in.....
So it was tuesday night, newyears day 2002 and all cops locally were off. And we all know what that means... with the newly finished and dry road we pulled out my friends fathers BMW Z3 (i know its not a protege, but we wanted something diffrent to drive) to take out and cruise, not really racing. So we take her out and work up our nerves after getting used to this car with such massive power and such a light body. We start by pushin 70 through 50 mph zones... the we decide to stop at Mc Donalds for a short recoupe and food stop (at 11pm hehe) and we get back in shortly and head off... first stop the mall parking lot down the street..... do some nice power slides, high speed figure 8s and finally get used to this car.... now comes the fun. The newly paved, perfectly flat and dry road with no cops around.... we pull up and smack a high five and go..... 1st gear we hit 30 ...... Second Gear we take off and hit easily 60... Shift to 3rd and we fly away to 100mph, shift again to 4th and we are pullin some nice wind and hit easy 135 and then we start on the brakes.... pull over for a break to recoupe and laugh at how ******* fast and far we went in that 30 seconds.... now my turn to drive, same procedure but with a more experienced driver (using a manual) and we hit top speed 155mph we pull off....
so we had our fun, but the highlight of my night was at midnight we were doin our last of a good 8 runs turning back on to the street and a nice souped up camaro flys through the intersection as we are sitting in the turn lane to turn left the same way as he is going..... next thing i see, him stair over at me and slam on his brakes, turn in the wrong lane and head the opposite direction.... now is it just me or did i see a Fraidey Cat thinking two 16-17 year olds in a Z3 were gonna woop his *** if we raced him, we he was right we would have.

true true, it wasnt an ss... if it was i woulda known... it was a standard z28... but he was pushin some big 18 inch wheels and definately had some nice heavy subs in back considering the nice amount of bass comin from there....
but therez no doubt that there are some sweet Camaros out there, hell im a chevy guy my self, along with being the Mazda and Bmw addict i am.
