Unhappy Totalled My Protege

Going southbound on I-75 in ohio. 2 cars in front of me an Infinity slammed on his brakes. In front of my car was a 04' Toyota Highlander who did the same. His car was raked so forward that when I slammed on mine, his right wheel when up the right side of my front bumper, up my hood, up the windshield and into my sunroof. I walked out with only 3 scratches. Someone was looking down on me Saturday.

I figured you probably did, that sucks. Anyone know why the Infiniti slammed on the brakes?

Oh my god! I'm sorry to hear about your accident. Good thing your okay. It's kinda scary to think your airbags didn't deploy though.
On a seperate note, looks like your tires and interior for the most part are the only things left untouched. Are you selling your wheels?
I'm in Columbus.

i guarantee it was my grandmother. She died last year and i never got the chance to say goodbye. It just wasn't my time. I would sell my tires and wheels but i can't leave my car on jack stands, until my insurance get's a chance to look at it. However, the good news is i am fine and i am thinking of getting a mazda 3s. but my baby is gone and she held up. that is what i am thankful for.

Wow. Yeah, you sure were fortunate.
After posting I'd wondered if the insurance company would let you take anything off of the car. I'm going to assume it wasn't paid for at time of TKO.
Just let me know if you can and want to get rid of them and I'll see if the $ price agrees wth my $budget. : )
Good luck with your 3! I like the sedans, but not the hatchbacks really. At least the warranties are improved.
Getchya a 6!

I like the 6 but the only down side is the $$ situation won't let me get a 6. I did, however, fall for the 3s sedan. It's just a sweet lookin ride. I am hopin I will get one. But who knows. Thanks for all your sympathy you guys.

Someone was definetly looking out for you. Glad to see your ok.

How did neither of the air bags deploy, WTF.

If you can sell some of some parts drop me a pm, Im eyein the steering wheel w/ airbag.

I would definetly go with the 3 wagon instead of the sedan.
