Cool.

Speaking of sounds, I got a issue that is NOT my imagination. Something in my shifter is squeeking, its whenever the shifter vibrats a bit like when I hit or release the gas, i get a high pitched vibration noise, its less in your face when i grip the shiter and hold it firm but it still there, WTF could this be, does anybody have a idea?

Everything apears to work fine, just the anoying Loud sound, Please HELP!!!

dunno, i'm not the mechanic, but... have you thought about buying kartboy shifter bushings? very nice, cheap upgrade, def. tell the difference w/ these.

does it make the noise while you are shifting too?

(THANKS for the Help Figuring this out guys)

Yeah but only when I hit or release the gas or engage or disengage the clutch (Making the shifter move, and make a noise)

I also realized this mourning it only happens when the car is heated up, No sound for 30min, then she comes back louder and louder.

I pretty much live here from 9 to 5 M-F, kinda like a job HAHA

i do know the kartboy bushings stopped my shifter from moving (left/right) - could help with the sound... have you crawled under the car and moved everything by hand? see whats loose...

Will the kart boy Bushings fit a Stock shifter (I want the shifter too, but might not be able to budget it)

If they stiffen it up, I think that and Lub should do the Job (I hope) I havnt gotten under the car yet (Afterwork I will) I feel about 5 milimeters of play when pushing the shifter left to right mostly, it will move 4-8 milimeters before I feel it moving into the selected gear. Im thinking the bushings are shot or loose (maybe the wheel hop got them loose), so hopefully we are on the right track to getting this resolved.

Thanks Guys!

they dont go on the actual shifter, they go further up front, about were the firewall is, and yah, i have stock parts (msp) - and they fit. - and motor mounts fixed my wheel hop right up... its not *squeal* *hop, hop, hop...*, go... now... its *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel*, change gear, *squeal", go.. (if i catch 2nd, usually just end up bogg'n the motor down, guess its the lightweight flywheel?)

Did you change all 4 motor mounts?

God Dame I need them. The Squeeeeeeeel, Hop Hop hop Go, is EXACTLY what Im getting right now (Im pretty sure the Hop Hop, is the cause of the shifter noise, it must of shuck/jerked something out of place or loose)

So far my next Mods will be

Shifter Bushings + (Short Shifter, if posible)
Motor Mounts
OBX headers
Lowering Springs

I got Many more Plans, But this is What I will focus on, and once acheved, Ill move on.

God I need more money (Ill have to do OT or something)

just the front/rear - dont think? they make one for the sides, but the are not needed anyway. - i know Kartboy had a deal going when you bought their short shifter, think you got the bushings free or something?

my mods so far:

Apex Downpipe
Cats Removed
Arospeed Exhaust
Kartboy shifter bushings
Kartboy exhaust hangers
AWR Motor Mounts (Front/Back)
Cone filter
Tein springs (~2"?) - NO front wheel gap
MSP Amp/Sub Rack Removed
Sidemarkers Tinted

Nice, I see......MSP.

Sweet rides, and the MSP bumped off the Integra Type R and took its place as the 8th Best cornering Vehicle made (Road & Track)

Im nowhere neer you yet, but Hopefully Ill get close. I have a Budie who got a Lightweight Flywheel put in his H22 Prelude, and he cant stop talking sbout the torque gains he got off it, Did you get good resultd from the addition? I plan to get one, but I got a lot to get before.
