pulled the engine out of my car ... a few pics

Well on July 4th I pulled my motor out of my car ...
while most of you were lighting fireworks ... I was dropping out my motor ...lol ...
anyway I just wanted to post a few pics and give you the link to the rest which are on my site . The pics are 56k friendly ..

prolly dropped it with the tranny mounted still, its gotta be easier to drop the engine, with tranny from the bottom. correct me if im wrong. i dunno.

You are correct. Try orienting an engine with the transmission in such a position to raise it out of the top. In such a situation where the tranny is to be removed at the same time, it's 20x easier to bring it down through the bottom.

oh yeah .. It was really easy to just drop it out the bottom the motor just came right ought ,, no problems ..
I just need to check the engine mounts that I filled with polyurethane , purchase 1 engine mount , put on the oil cooler ,, and run some seperate lines etc.. and clean the engine bay out ..

sweet, sweet, i filled some mounts with urathane, made a big diffrence. the stock mounts are just too cheap.
