Cool A little video of my new 323F

Well, finally I got my new car!

We've been quite busy this weekend, so I haven't had time to do something more elaborated. Plus, the car has just 312 miles, so the resulting video is "road patrol safe"...

I just can say that the car is very funny to drive, it's not the most powerful car in the world, but it's a joy to ride.

Sure, as soon as I drive a few more hundred miles, and got enough time, I'll be recording some more videos...

In the meantime, let's see my new baby:

Hehe, no I don't work for them

But I must say that the salesman was very impressed with my knowledge of "everything Mazda".

He was like "and you get all this info from the Internet?". He gave me his email and asked me to send him a few links. He confesed he was new to this brand and he even asked me why I bought the car... he was a bit lost, and I explained him that, as a Gen-X dude, this car was targeted specially for me (marekting nonsense, but who cares?)

I will show him the video and maybe I'll join the creative dept of Mazda Spain....

Great video! Kudos.

You SHOULD send that to Mazda.

heh... you are a mac geek then... :-)

I use a Sony TRV30 MiniDV camcorder (1 CCD) and iMovie. My machine is a Titanium Powerbook (500 Mhz 384 MB RAM). I have also an external Lacie Firewire 40 GB hard disk that I use for editing.

I also am practising with FCP2

I own many computers... sort of a computer geek also. I am into videogames, specially racing sims!

We did the shooting in a hurry, and I am planning another, more thoughtful session. But got a lot of work to do!

In Eastern I am planning to do more than 600 miles and I am already thinking of some spots…. I don't want to do a “hot rod racing video”, but an elegant passage of my shinny red 323 cruising along a road surrounded by green fields (or something like that!)

We’ll see!

lol, nice video, love the music.

Is it me, or is your taillights different than those P5's here in North America?

ours have two clear circles for the turn signal the the reverse lights and theirs have a clear bar in the middle that is divided into two parts for the turn signal the the reverse lights. They also don't have the roof rack.
