Built FS Long Block

Just a few shots of my long block that I finally put together this weekend and thought that the fellow FS owners would be interested. JE aluminum slugs (8.5:1 CR) with solid copper gasket (GasketWorks), ARP head studs and main bearing studs, Stage II head with polished combustion chambers, 5-angle Ferrera competition valves, custom dual spring and titanium retainer setup built by Precision machine in CA, rough ported intake ports with polished exhaust ports. Waiting on valve cover and intake manifold to be polished out, then I should be able to fully assembly the motor.

For those who are not aware of my project, its a 96 probe 2.0L FS turbo run via a Haltech engine managment system. For for history, visit:

Can I have the address of the place where it's being kept and any security information I should know?

In the first picture, is that rust I see on the threads of the head bolts and inside the coolant passages (excuse my terminology) or is it just the lighting? I think it might just be the lighting because I can't really notice any in the second picture.

AND WOW, only taking apart classic car engines it's strange to see piston heads so SHINY. I'm entranced.

ARP assembly lube on the head bolts. The coolant passage ways must be an optical illusion or something, because they are not rusted.

No power projection really. The motor is built to handle more than I will probably every plan to run. I will be running 760cc injectors, so I will have plenty of fuel for 400+ whp.

My goal is to simply achieve 300whp and still have it suitable for weekend driving.
