I agree that the cams are tempting. They cost around four bills new. But, at $275, and factoring in air shipment from Peurto Rico, I doubt that it would be much of a bargain unless they are new. Plus, what kind of guarantee is there against scratches and other damage from mishandling? Cam lobes have very fine, easily damaged surface finishes. A set of unboxed aftermarket cams should be given a light coat of oil and wrapped up separate from one another, IMO.

So what you are saying is that I should take the pics of the cams wrapped? Then how you going to identify if they are good, scratches arent visible behind a wrap.
Any misshandling would happen in your hands, not mine. Dont tell me you would ship things out without the proper packaging and expect the other side to like it, wheres the deal then?
Its $275 and Im paying for shipping/handling,...the cams are in good hands and wrapped. Those pictures were taken the same moment we pulled em out...so those are fresh pics.
This car is going turbo and I think it will do better with the stock cams (less overlap)
