Beware buying from macdaddyslomo

I bought a MP3 radio pocket from him on March 5th, and he told me it would ship a few days later. and he has never responded to any of my messages regarding if the part ever shipped. So like i said be careful.

Sad to admit it, but I'm having the same issues. Paid for front/rear swaybars and he said he would ship once payment clears. I used PayPal, so I didn't see a need for wait but gave him benefit of the doubt .. he IS a moderator after all.

Sent numerous messages, but no luck. Mike, please get back on here and let us know what is going on. You've been on this board far too long to **** us over and I would like to think you're a better person than this.

Issue with Matt22 resolved...item was shipped.....

Issue with krayziefox currently being resolved....item should ship by saturday

no communication was result of lack of PC, my motherboard on my old one took a crap.

I have been on here for several years, havent left even though i havent owned a protege for 2 years.

I have no intention of screwing anyone here over. I have sold several other items here and no problems with those. I would hope to get the benefit of the doubt here before people go thinking the worst.

Funny people are quick to post when they have a problem, but can't bother to post that the problem was resolved.

FYI, guys I'm not exactly getting rich here. THe stuff is getting sold here only for uber cheap, i just want to get this stuff gone so I can remove this eyesore from my garage

This was posted and I had not got a chance to say that the part was shipped.
But yes 20 days later the parts was shipped.

you dont really need a computer to ship parts.

I'm not going to publicly explain personal issues as to why your item didnt ship immediately..Needless to say they were personal issues.

I even issued a public apology in the original thread.

Lack of a computer was simply to explain lack of communication, not why your item didnt ship.

20 days is still well within paypal's rules however.

For someone who wants prompt responses, you still haven't closed your paypal claim.

Again, considering I've been around for 6 years, and have sold other items before with no problems, I still feel the benefit of the doubt should have been given before basically accusing me of ripping you off.

Krayziefox handled the situation more properly, and I applaud him for it, although his choice of language could have been better.

FYI guys, I DON'T front shipping money out of my pocket...I'm not a business. I wait for the pmt to clear and ship it out of the proceeds.

As far as this pocket, I expect the paypal issue to be resolved, otherwise this matter is closed

My apologies sir, I have to admit I got a little worked up once I saw this thread. I kept in mind the fact that you're a moderator who's been here since the first day I owned my Protege, and because of that I definitely gave you all the benefit of the doubt in regards to this whole thing. Just the whole not responding to PMs and no updates in the sale thread kinda went hand-in-hand with a potential scam .. and even though I didn't wanna believe it at first, as days went by it seemed more and more like a possibility.

Anyway, I'm glad everything is resolved and I apologize once again for thinking you were gonna scam me. I've done business with you in the past, so I had a lot of reasons not to believe it, just seeing that you were online but not responding kinda confused me so I took the safe route and got on the defensive. My bad..
