Audi TT Antenna for Protege 5
#16
Got one!
I got one of these about a month ago. It sure is small, and Looks great! The fit is Perfect! the only draw back is the reception. I live out in the mountains of Western Mass. I drive about an hour and half to work everyday. the radio stations here suck unless you are into easy listening. So I listen to the Albany stations. with the stock antenna I get them all fine, but with this antenna I can't get any of them. I have to be almost in Albany to start picking them up. so I would say that the antenna is not nearly as good as the Stock one. If you live in the city this will prob work fine. I grabbed a S2000 antenna which screws right on, and looks a hella lot better than the factory one and i have all my reception back. I will be switching out the antenna when I'm going to hang out at the lot, but for day to day use, I'll be using the S2000.
Just my opinion.

Billet antenna...cheaper
Heres the link to the antennas that I make. Black will be available by the end of the week. Reception doesn't seem to be affected enough to cause a problem. PM me if interested
