WTF is going on. There is another serial sniper in West Virginia. So far he has killed 3 innocent people, but they seem confident in catching him quickly.

What the hell is this world coming too? How can someone be like this an live with himself?

it seems like hes copying the movie "Phone Booth" since i think 2 people where shot at pay phones, and one at a gas bar

 

People who do wussy stuff like sniping civilians should have all their toes and fingers amputated as well as their *****. It would be to protect the public from them, not to torture them, of course.
