WTF? Another Serial Sniper

WTF is going on. There is another serial sniper in West Virginia. So far he has killed 3 innocent people, but they seem confident in catching him quickly.

What the hell is this world coming too? How can someone be like this an live with himself?

For the ppl in WV, be careful.:(

That fucking sucks. I hate assholes like this... Not only that, but I'm going to be driving down to Virginia Beach over labor day :( I don't feel like getting shot!

People who do wussy stuff like sniping civilians should have all their toes and fingers amputated as well as their penis. It would be to protect the public from them, not to torture them, of course.
