Wrecked my car
I was getting onto an expressway onramp when the guy in front of me slammed his brakes. By the time I reacted I was too close, wheels lock up, booom....
Rear-ended a 1994 Toyota 4Runner
My car:
The 4Runner had some small dents on his big metal bumper and that was about it.
******* gay.
On a lighter note, the body shop is going to pick up my car tomorrow and I should have it back in a week or two.

My AC line snapped right off of the radiator, other than that I drove the car around for a while and it felt fine. Visually there was no engine or suspension damage, but who knows ??

I just got back from the body shop that's gonna do the work.
Their preliminary estimate was at $6700
Damn car crumpled up like a cookie
To top it all off the body shop said that it will take them at least 10 business days to do the work AFTER they get an insurance agent out there. So 3-4 weeks till I have my baby back

That really sucks. It is always hard not having the Protege for awhile. Was that your first wreck?

Good luck with the repairs. Make sure you get some history on the body shop. I had a drunk guy drive right into my nose when it was parked out in front of my place one night. It took forever for the insurance to get it into the shop, and then the shop they sent me to did a ******' HACK job. They should have replaced the fender but didn't, scratched my brand new front bumper cover and then hid it under the winter bra, didn't even tighten all the screws or aim the new headlight, and a bunch of other stupid little things........and people ask my why I don't like to let anyone work on my car
