Looks fishy to me.

Fraud!
PAYPAL and EBAY NEVER ask you for your personal info.
I get them ALL the time & I delete them...my EBAY & PP accouint are perfectly fine.
You can actually report it to Paypal on their site.

I got one about 6-8 months ago. Actually got two of them, I wrote back when I got the first one and asked them WTF. I then found out it was a scam, so deleted the second one. Would have thought they caught the people doing that by now. Obviously it is still working for them.

Definately phishing, NEVER EVER respond to these!!! I work at a local credit union here and we get calls about this ALL the damn time! People fall for it and then they pay the price, then they call me wanting to know what happened to all their money!

I have gotten the Ebay and PP emails as well. The reason I'm 100% they are a scam is because I don't have an Ebay or PP account, so why would I recieve an email from them. People do anything for money.
There now is an email scam going around asking for money for the one guy that survived that coal mine explosion. The emails originated form across seas claiming to be the hospital that treated him.
