Persuing Action against fraud on ebay?
Well guys i have a good question for you all... what do i do to start to take action against fraud on ebay. My younger brother bought a gamecube on ebay about a month ago, and the check cleared last week for it.... So the guy got the money, and now he isnt responding to emails. Yet, he has not sent the item or anything of that sort.
So what do we do? i know some of you have had this happen.

print out all correspondence and contact local authorities. contact ebay, contact the other guys local authorities. Call the FBI. File mail fraud. Call the D.A. I got ripped on a $2700 hipo 302 for my used to have 85 cumstain. I ended up getting my money back. Raise hell and dont let up. And for future reff, always pay with a credit card. If you get ripped, you can charge it back and he will have to pay penalty fees.

What's the deal w/ Paypal? I use it lots but am still unsure about their liability for non-senders. I mean if you pay someone w/ Paypal, and they don't send, can you file a complaint w/ Paypal? Or better yet, contest the paypal charge w/ your credit card?
Do any of you guys know?

Pay pal is useless. I got ripped off of 103.51 with no product and pay-pal did an investigation and did not do a dam thing except tell me there was nothing they could do. So be carful of pay-pal you will have a false sense of security.
