out of concern, i don't think it's a good thing. what is your thinking, if you don't mind me asking, behind this attempt...or really, what's the root cause of this mentality?

dull knives ftw

seriously though don't cut. it's not worth it. You have it better than a lot of people (I say this just knowing that you're online, talking on a car forum, and have a a pretty cool new car), no need to be down

go listen to some happy music

Well said Kansei. Life sucks for all of us at times, but no matter what it's not worth killing yourself over it. What doesn't kill you just makes you stronger, so stick through with it and you'll come out better than you ever anticipated.

*bump* I'm studying for my second of three major exams today and I need moar distraction

p.s. Freud was totally into dudes. He loved chatting with girls but then went on to say that they stop developing psychologically by age 3 (the '****' stage of Freudian Psychosexual Development) --but regarded men with high esteem.

CRAP I was totally supposed to go to appear in court yesterday for my 41 in a 35 ticket.

crappity crap, now I have to call and hope I get a woman who will .. what's the word I'm looking for, when someone can understand your situation and feel for you.. ugh my brain is friggin dead right now. empathise --one, it was a 35 in a 41.. two, I can lie and say I was out of state since NY isn't my legal state of residence, or I can give the "I'm a student, I had lab that I absolutely cannot miss".. hmm decisions decisions

I was doing statistics homework from 2pm until after 2am yesterday (with two 30 minute sanity breaks), then was up at 4:30 to finish it up.. and have been on campus since 7:30..

good thing in the past half hour I've had FOUR starbucks doubleshots.. I would really have rather gone for 4 bottles of Bawls but the 7-11 that sells it is way back near my house.. nowhere near campus :'(

EDIT: empathy.. that's the word

It wasn't just that. He said the people in the neighborhood I was in (yeah so it's residential, hence the 35mph speed limit.. but it's also a 4-lane road that is the route from where I live downtown to the highway I took to get to work) didn't appreciate "teens driving hopped up jap cars blasting black music" (his words, not mine).

Just because Dave Matthews is from South Africa doesn't make it rap, and it wasn't blasting, and I was under 3k rpms following behind CITY HIGHWAY DEPT dump trucks... but I guess it's ok for them to speed.

If I was downtown it wouldn't have been an issue at all. Stupid suburb police force. It's one of only a couple Rochester suburbs that doesn't just use the county sheriff.. so apparently they don't have enough to do.

Plus I'm still offended that he called me a teen. Plus, dude it's a wagon, and it's MY MOM's car lol

sure, she only sees it once or twice a year and has only driven it while I was detailing her cars.. but yeah it's still all in her name --not my fault she riced it out lol

Kansei, i totally understand the sanity breaks thing.

i just burned through an all-nighter, which sucks. there's nothing like doing homework that a) you aren't inspired to do b) ends up not going well c) ends up taking waaay too long d) it is inevitable that the teacher is going to more or less verbally shred it...and it happened. good times.

after that, i was about to knock out right on the concrete floor halfway through the class because all i was doing was listening. no activity (even talking) after all-nighter = auto sleep mode. must....fight....sleep....

thought: 3rd term transportation design at art center is a bear, a bear that chases you hard for 14 straight weeks.

^^ Hahaha, nice!

Hey guys, if I got a photoradar ticket in the mail, that shows my license plate numbers, but the province (state) is too blurry to read, do you think I have a good chance fighting it?
