By extensive research I dug this up!

IN A NATIONAL PAPERS' APRIL 1, 2006 ISSUE IT WAS PRINTED IN THE AUTO SECTION THAT " MAZDA IS OFFICIALLY CHANGING ITS NAME TO:
MAZDARATI
