its a '65... i want to mod it, i just have to wait! lol my mom told me i have to much money in my protege to start on another project, so i have to wait and finish it first. i have to replace the weaterstripping though, the windshield has leak, it has an edelbrock carb. (never really liked edelbrock), it needs a good wax, a bunch of other misc. things that i have to do. i want to get headers and a different exhaust on it. i'd like to get the exhaust vents like i had on my 66 for it because the pipes stick out a little far for my liking.

A new project I might possbily start working on towards spring time is painting my car..

Im curious what all goes into repating a 92 model car?

(Painting N00b)
What goes into getting rust out of the car?
How Long does it usually take?
How much would a gloss coat cost?
Metallic coat?

Im just really lost when it comes to painting a car..

Just swapped out my block (spun a bearing). Nice weekend job and nice $75 price tag. Didnt do any of the mods I shoulda since it happened friday and I NEEDED wheels for monday.

Was looking forward paint but had a bicycle accident that sent funds back $4500. Now just perparing for an awesome winter, got the stockie wheels on with new rubber and no money to mod. Car life sucks at the moment.
