I can't really say I've been there, I've been with Natasha for 9 months now, and we say "I Love You" all the time, and mean it... It's not just something I say, because I can actually picture myself marrying this girl. I cna't see myself with anyone else, and I'd never do anything to hurt her.

Yeah, I've been down lately, too. I tweaked my A.C. joint in my shoulder surfing, so I'm down to one arm for a couple of months.
Meanwhile, the waves are firing every day(healhealhealheal)!
Check this out, My wife and i just had our 10th anniversary and we still get along great. She's as pretty as the day we met and she spoils me rotten! I know that you know there's plenty of GOOD chicks, so don't let a couple of bad ones get ya down...
Anyway, what island are you on? I never see too many Proteges on Kauai when I'm there, plenty of Hondas though.

Yeah, My wife's brother lives in Kekaha, on the west-side. We surf Targets, Housings, Inters, Pakalas, around there. Once my damn shoulder heals, I'll be OVER there. Hopefully before winter is gone. How's the surf? Around here (Santa Cruz) It's been going off for weeks! Big 'n Glassy. Did I mention that I want my shoulder to hurry up and heal? Right now?

with work and all that's been going on, i haven't hit the beach since christmas. waimea was going off this year, pumping out 35ft sets! but me, i stay away from surf that big. i don't have a death wish. some ppl don't know the power of waimea, but to get out to the monsters u gotta pass the 10ft shorebreaks first, and that ain't easy...

i'm not really a surfer, more into bodyboarding and diving, but it's still awesome to look out from the shore and see a 60-70ft face...

Maverick's is about 30min. from here, so I see what you're sayin' about the power of the ocean. Unreal how guys are actually towing in to 50foot tubes and living to tell. Those guys are heros. A good pounding at a place like Pipe or Sunset will make ya re-evaluate your whole life!
