Sat- Woke up early and went to a swap meet just to browse and mess around. Then I put my Impala SS in a car show for a while. Went home and cut my grass front and back (2 hrs). Then went to a ladies house who my wife works with and they are Palestinians. They served us lamb, ox tail, and chicken...

Sun- Played basketball just like every sunday. Worked in the attic for a new fan in our living room, then had some friends over for a BBQ in my shop. It was a good weekend.


Mondays suck...

Got meetings and calls today at work and I am slammed with all kinds of other work also. I have a double header tonight for softball at 6:30.

 

Ox tail= swingin' steak. There are some things I won't eat and that's one of them. I hear it's good, I just can't bring myself to try it. Won't eat brains either. Tried tripe once purely by mistake in Italy (was at a shipyard eating in their cafeteria, everything was in Italian so I had no clue). It was horrible.

So, how did your Impala do in the show?

 

Ya I didnt eat anything except the chicken, i tried the lamb but it was too chewy, lol. I thought I would win 90s class, but some *** in a Mitsu 3000 GT TT won it, I was kinda like what? But I just laughed it off and went on my way, no big deal.

monday: went to work at 7am got to clean out the pond that took a couple of hours...went to eat lunch realised how broke i was went home and went change diving found 20 dollars went back to work...got off and went to asheville with a female friend of mine and watched shreck the third(her choice as always) but it was good...i kept falling asleep lol no sleep last night but now im home once again to wait for another day in this place i like to call hell lol

Monday : On aims from 12am to 2:45am. Took a 45min nap, woke up at 3:30am.....went to work(UPS). Clock in time at 4am. Got off at 9:30am....went to sleep for a few hours...woke up at 3:00pm...Spent a couple of minutes talking with my mother, then went to work..... got into an argument over the phone, clocked in at 4:45pm....but my start time is 4:30pm and I don't get off until 12:30am. Currently writing this at 9:27pm....lol

 

hm... thats some crazy hours... get off @ 9:30am, back to work @ 4:30?

 

yea tell me about it. I work at UPS(3years) and at Infineon Technologies(1.5 years)....oh yea, both jobs are M-F

 

lets see.... yesterday was a blast..
i had a run in with a law, and a couple of ****...

the cops:
i was lighting fireworks off with my younger sister at a school/church parking lot, when i look over, and see a car with a spot light... oh boy, here we go.
so finally, 2 cops walk out, and begin walking over to me pointing their flashlight at me.
they ask me what im doing, and im like, uh, fireworks (duh)
cops: on school grounds??
me: yea, why not??
cops: cuz its illegal on school and church gournd...
me: really..... cuz i did them here last year.. with my WHOLE family....
cops: do you not have a backyard you can be using??
me: yea, but theres trees, and powerlines and neighbours trying to sleep....
cops: are u jsut finishing up here?
me: ya.
cops: alright, pack it up and go home....
me: ok.... lol....

haha...even my mom laughed when i told her this....
im glad to see my tax dollars are being well used....

anyways.... the ****:
so after i got booted off of school property, me and my friend (pat) went to a city parking lot (smokers) near my old highschool, its called smokers, cuz thats the only place ur alowed to smoke...
anywho, it just so happens that the parking lot is where everyone smokes up and hotboxes their car.
so every so often, a car would pull into the parking lot, see us, and drive off.
finally, a black ford fusion pulls in and parks. and the passenger yells at us calling a "******" (who says that nowadays??)
anywho, i put a air bomb on the ground, and aimed it kinda close to the car.
it goes off, a makes a really loud BANG (like a gunshot) about 20 feet away from their car.
all you here is the one chick in the car yell "OH ****!!!"
then the driver and passenger come out, and...(the driver was black, btw)
driver: what the f*ck is wrong with you?? why would u shoot that near our car??
me: dont worry about it
driver: answer me
me: there was room, and the wind was blowing away from ur car
driver: why would you shoot it at us?!
pat: lol, cuz u called us *******!
driver: im not afraid to call u a ***, u are a ***.
me: dude, F*CK OFF!!
driver: oh, what do we have here? fireworks eh? *starts picking them up...
me(to pat) we should go.....
passenger: what did u just say!?
me: dont worry about it....

then the driver grabs a couple fireworks, and kicks my back pack away.
so i get in my car and driver off.....

we later parked the car, walked around the football field, and went to go throw some fireworks at them, from a safe distance, but they left before we could....

anyways. it was a funny ***, eventful victoria day weekend!!
hpoefully canada day will be even better!!!!

no money for lunch, couldn't have break fast, milk was 2 days after the expiration day. forgot to get money for lunch....oh ****..today is gonna be LONG!!

only thing that keeps me going: on the weekend i shall finally install my newly acquiered wideband and start tunning the emanage again!! yeepee

i just got an email from the music director from the local Classical station. He chased down the info on a tune i heard in the early hours of Sunday morning. I'm in the process of adding 'Adagio for Strings Op 11' to my 'Driving home listening to classical music so i won't try to kill anyone on the way there' music.

 

I had a final for Systems Administration (lecture final, lab final was last week), and later today I have a final in an advanced Database (oracle) class. Today is gonna be a busy week. I get out of work Thursday at 5:30 (after having my last final at 8am that day) and have to be at Lime Rock Park (6 hour drive from here) early the next morning. should be a fun weekend though

Grand-Am GT Classing Weekend (4 days) with special Mazda events each day, plus I'm volunteering (haven't been given an assignment yet though) for Mazda

I thought i was done when I finished school a few years ago. I finally started working in the IT field and all we ever hear is 'more certifications, schooling and experience' will take you further! I need to move to an area with a better job market.....hmm...Japan would be nice.
