hihoslva's right. HE ALLOWED YOU to drive a FAULTY, UNSAFE vehicle. He is at fault. I'm serious man, CALL THE MTO AND **** THIS GUY IN THE ***, not literally.
Find out if there was anything else wrong with it, light bulbs burnt out, bald tires etc. ANYTHINg that would make it unable to pass a safety inspection.

HAHA, thanks all, I'm not really sweating it anymore .... enough peopel told me he can't get any money from me, But some people said i can't sue him because non of us have gotten hurt. But i think i'll call him up and threaten him with a lawyer hehe, would be funny. Well i have a family friend who is a lawyer... maybe i should just show up at the dealer with this lawyer. I would love to see his face haha.
