usually i go to bed around 2-3am and wakes up around 8-ish to go to work. I know i need more sleep to be productive at work but i always end up stay up later than I need to

10 hours and I have to cry myself to sleep. I have been sexually fustrated lately, and had too much work, not enough poontang = stress.

Once I'm finally in the act of sleeping, I toss and turn and when it's time to get up I can't force myself to see and just try to go too sleep more tired then I was the night before
