How many hours of sleep do you get per night on average?

How many hours of sleep do you get per night on average?
I take an afternoon nap around 4:30pm, wake up at 8:00pm. Then go to sleep at 2:00am and then wake up at 7:30am for school on most days.

That's 3.5+5.5 = 9 hours.

go to bed at 3:30 wake up at 7, later if I don't have to go to work

Yeah that isn't a lot but if I'm sleepy while punching holes or sorting papers I don't think it's gonna kill me.

well it's 5:00 am now and I am up.............damn school work.

6-8 hours of sleep is normal for me.........I make up for it on the weekends.......around 12 hours there......

what's the longest any of you guys has slept in a 24 hour period?

one time, when i lived at the ocean...

i slept RIGHT THROUGH a tuesday...i had been partying for like 4 days straight, and just crashed.

I get plenty of sleep at night, 7-8 hours for sure and I'm still always exhausted. I think I have cabin fever, must get warm outside!

I work midnights, so I don't get any!
the rest of the time my son keeps me up( he is only 2 months old after all) so if I get lucky I get 3-5 hours a day.

i get about 6 hours of sleep every night. No naps unless i am very lucky. but its my own fault i could go to sleep earlier

i try to sleep from 9pm until 5am. if i have to stay up later than that during the week, i'm screwed for a few days. like today.

i'm old. what can you do?

seriously, i can survive on 4 or 5 hours but i don't function well. getting up at 5 every day is a bitch.
