true thats what I liked about it when I was enlisted now I have it registered t my gradmothers house so I can keep my Jersey tags

 

like i said in my previous post, the laws in that list are in most states (it's not just in cali!), but most cops don't even bother with them. besides most of them are only fix-it tickets anyhow.

that's true only to a certain point. when we were stationed in hawaii, we had to get hawaii plates because you need to get a smog check in cali every 2 years, and you can't register the car without it, hence we had to register the cars in hawaii. same thing when we moved out here to new orleans. we still have 3 outta our 4 cars with cali plates, yet we'd eventually have to get louisiana plates as soon as our registration was expired and a smog check was required (unless you do something illegal). they'll give you an extension, like they did for my car, yet i'd eventually have to register my car here if i was staying out here.
