I say you screw his motor up. Pop his hood, and take teflon tape, (plumbers tape) and pull off 1" pieces. about a dozen, then drop them into his oil fill hole. The tape pieces will migrate to the bottom of the pan in time and be sucked into the oil pump pickup, starving his engine for oil. He'll either ruin the engine, or at least be in for an expensive repair bill. (sabotage isn't warranteeable).

Get JP welding, remove one of the spark plugs and put some JP welding on the thread of the spark plugs.\

YEAAHHH, dude, the next time he will change those spark plugs or the tech changes he will be damn pissed, jajajaja, cant wait.

Last but not least drop in inside the spark plug a few pebbles. AND over thread one of the nuts of the rim and fill it wioth JP welding, jajaj...

Dont go the paint route or he will notice. Got to be something that next time he removes it he wiull be " damn it the thread went off I am literally screwed"...

some gas stations water their gasoline down, you can tell when you start to get engine knock.

another spark plug idea: take a wire thats attached to the plug and fasten it to the hood. his car would be hot in a matter of minutes.
