don't know, it was just the first phone i had and i think it was like the first startac model, i'm not sure, but i just didn't like and it was forever acting up and dying and junk so it soured me :P then for a while i didn't want a flip phone period, but now they seem to be having some nice ones coming out, now that i have my job at radio shack, maybe i'll upgrade.

figure i would chime in...
I have a Nokia 8260 with AT&T. Had it for over a year now. Very good service for where I'm at (N. Va). My company also has a special deal with AT&T, from which I get free long distance calls from my home area and 100 extra anytime minutes.
and the 8260 still looks cool even after it's been out for a couple years already , and still one of the smallest candybar-style phones out there
