Well, the weather here continues to be total $hit, but honestly, here's the difference:
before, when I accelerated hard, the power would kind of fall off a bit between, like,
5000 & 5500 rpm, like a bit of hesitation and then pick up again.
Now, as soon as I hit 4500, bam, the car just feels like it want to keep pulling harder and harder. The first time I really punched the throttle, I was like, goddam, I'm at 6500 rpm already!
Almost missed the shift I was so surprised.
Now to add a header and those Wagner cams (someday), it'll be sweet.

Ok not to rant but the topic is I WANT AN MP3 ECU! Not I want to hear about the other luck SOB that got one before me! LOL
I have one lined out, should have it by mid month. Then the only things left to do is rod pistons and new intake maifold. I'm still debating on a 50 shot. BUT IM SCARED!

No interest for me in Nitrous at all. I do want to go with some kind of FI in the future, but I'm talking about maybe 3-4 years. For now, I just wanna get the most I can NA, a little at a time, when funds are available.

Yea so far, I have a guy that is building a racecar that says hell sell it to me after he’s done with it. Supposed to be around the 14th. I hope it goes through. But I'll keep the thread alive until I get it just in case.
And I'm thinking about NOS but not until I get a second car. So I'm in the same boat, I want the most I can for now.

Well, I guess so. This was the first forum I joined when I bought my car, and
kargoboy was my hotmail address (I do air-freight for a living) but when I joined msprotege (much later) I wanted something protege-related, so I use 'protephile' over there...after I joined I noticed that nate0123 (who also posts here occasionally) had 'protegephile' under his avatar and I thought, oh, damn, I guess I'm not all that orignal after all!
