to Mazda owners who have a spare protege to sell,

I'm a young adult who just got a job and now needs a good commuter car. I'm really interested in buying a Protege ES from 2001 and above. Any help would be great. here are my ideals:

Car/Make: Protege ES or 2.0L LX
Year: 2001 +
max-mileage: 60K

Max-Price: 7.5K and any change left in my pocket
Car-condition: pretty good-excellent
Trans: Automatic (this is because other pple, namely non-motor enthusiast women, need to use this car), plus NYC traffic just takes the fun out of a stick.
Location: NYC +- 100miles

man, I wish I could help but you're being REAL specific about what you want.

On a similar note...I'm REALLY considering buying a used P5 here in town...it's an 03 model P5 mp3 yellow, grey interior with sunroof and auto...on a dealership lot..they are ASKING $11K....I may be able to get them into the 9's for it. If so I'd buy it up in a heartbeat.
