okay so a buddy of mine has a 07 speed3. he just ordered a new turbo and said he would throw me his for free. that would be great and all but what would I need to make this possible? I know id need a downpipe for starters and fuel lines, injectors, etc. can someone PLEASE let me know everything I need to make this possible? I'd love to have a sleeper 3.

you will be better getting the speed engine by the time you have got all the above as the compression will be wrong plus you will need the ecu from a speed
