header question

i am looking to get an aftermarket bolt on header for my 3s. i already have a CAI and cat-back. any recommendations as far as brand for the header? does anyone know of issues with putting on a new header? is there anything else i can add, such as a high-flow cat, or something else like that? any input will be greatly appreciated.

Well you have alot of choices, there OBX, Thunder(I have) Vibrant and theres another one which I can't think of at the moment. My thunder headers came with a test pipe also Vibrant headers come with one too. OBX doesn't. You would have to have your local shop make one for you which wouldn't be that much.

akaveli, how do you like that thunder header? is the hp gain noticeable? is it worth it, i your opinion? if you had the chance to do it all over again, would you buy the header? also, did you just remove your cat? i am looking for a high-flow cat so that i meet code. also, what is this test pipe you are referencing to? i am not familiar with that. thank you.

Header does void warranty no if ands or buts about it, it was my 8000 dollar mistake. But i recommend thunder thats what i have.

NOTE: if you blow your engine put the stock header back on before sending it back to the dealership

Hi I just got my OBX Headers today and but it seems that there is a secondary o2 sensor and it looks like the cat is welded on to the stock headers which would mean that the OBX headers will not reach the exhaust how do I overcome this problem.
