I like the sound of corksport's, didn't sound too loud. The mazdaspeed one sounds nice too.

the only difference is that the hatch catbacks are 4 inches longer.

Go to www.borla.com and click on the hear it now button on the home page, then click on sport compact, and im pretty sure its a mazda 3 2.3 hatch that you can listen to.

or you can go here http://magnaflow.com/04sound/04sport.asp and listen to it. thats what i have.....its not exactly what mine sounds like but you can get the idea from listening to the drive by one. i think my sounds deep for a 4 cyclinder....i mean its no WRX or anything so its not that deep, but i have heard a lot riceyer(couldnt spell that one) ones out there

You can just save some money and buy the 'normal' versions of the Mazdaspeed stuff.

Mazdaspeed CAI = AEM CAI
Mazdaspeed Catback = Borla Catback (I believe)

Mazdaspeed exhaust all the way. Nice and quiet cruising, gets real ballsy revving up. Not too loud, but loud enough to let the guy next to you know you aren't screwing around.

The speed exhaust is great but I had the Mazda dealer put on the after market
speed exhaust, bigger round for one plus works better with the cold air intake...
And still sounds very throaty! I love it.
