Rough Idle

I have an 05 Mazda 3 with the 2.0 liter engine. Ran fine until about 30k miles then the rough idle problem began. It progressively got worse until the engine would die. The dealership replaced a solinoid valve in the fuel tank vapor recovery system. Problem fixed. Now at 37k miles the problem has once again begun to occur. Dealership replaced the suspect part again with the "new and improved" version. The very next day the problem is still happening.

Any one else having this same problem with their 3?

Any one know what the real fix is?

No problem here. I do know of the lemon law. If you have the issue repaired more than 3 times and it's still not corrected you could fall under it's wing. Run a search on the web for it.

Have you put an intake in recently?

even if you havent, it might be the MAS[Mass airflow sensor]
