i've been here for about 11 or so years and never actually went to see the races. i've been at house parties for derby...so no hats. i hate wearing hats

I was there once about 6-7 years ago, and I gotta say ... Southern girls in those hats are sooo hot. They look so proper, but underneath you know they're freaks

I travel to Elizabethtown, KY for work almost every week and this had to be the one two week period where I wasn't. I so wanted to go to the derby just to see the ridiculousness. I got to the Breeder's cup in Nov and that to me was crazy as I had never been to a horse race before that. A co-worker of mine is most likely there though.

haha...I ended up taking my dogs out and then sleeping most of the day. they also like to jack the gas prices way up so I didn't want to go anywhere. We ended up going to our friends house and hung out. one of the guys that showed up to this get together was a guy a while back that was leaving notes on my car (it was weird and kinda freaky. dude lives in my apt complex not too far from me). yeah....turns out he used to be in a band with our friend Chris.

yeah. he stopped after 2 notes but it was weird. i came home from Ohio Valley Wrestling around 10 pm on a wednesday night and had to work the next morning at 9 am...so between 10pm and 9 am the guy had to go out of his way to find my car. he said that he's seen me at wal-mart and driving through the apt complex by myself. so he didn't know if i had a bf but was wanting to go and hang out or maybe go for drinks. he said that i prolly saw him working on his rx-7.
I have friends here in louisville that are called BFH for Big Fu**in Hammer...just a name that they use as a team for Auto-x. He used to date one of the girls in the group.
Turns out he was actually a nice guy. He is friends with my friend Chris who owns a bad *** mustang that runs 6.7 sec in the 1/8 mile. He said that when he was getting directions to Chris's house that he knew it would be weird b/c he told him that he'd see a white Mazda 3

Also.. i see these are all references to the 1/8 mile.. is it a different length of track in KY? Or we just cutting the time in half?

My ex-wife was a psycho stalker after I divorced her. She hired a private investigator who must have paged her every time I went somewhere, because she had this habbit of waiting in the back of a bar for hours watching me - out of sight. And then jumping out suddenly and making a scene in front of whoever I was there with. That sure kept things interesting during happy hour
