(referring to the sedan version)

Nicely done. The side gives me a feel of the Audi A4 - to certain extent, which is also good as it is a feeling of being mature. Generally, the car is original with a lot of Mazda's recent design cues.

I have read somewhere in a Germany website that the 2.3L will "probably" be making around 180 horses instead of the 6i's 160 horses. Hum.... If that's true, that makes my next car. Upscale, quality, style & performance.

If it is not 180 hp, it may temporarily lack performance, but Mazdaspeed may make up for it. I hope.

I am not saying that 160 hp is not good, just that not enough reason to sell my current 130 hp.

The hatchback is nice too! I may buy it for bringing my bike with me.

Nice nice nice...

I'm just a bit weary of those two right angles on the back doors...

I just don't know what happen to car design these day? It this a trend or something? All the latest seden has that simular right angles on the back door, the Altima has them, the new Maxima has them, and Satarn Ion has them, the Honda Accord has them, and even the up coming 2004 Mitsubishi Galant has them too? What is with this right angle back door/window design? It just doesn't look good to me at all, especially when every car company are doing the same thing.

Anyone else notice the "POS" button to the upper right of the shifter? I wonder what that does...make all the badges read "Ford"?

...What about the button labeled VOICE that also says ZOOM on top? Will that produce the kid's voice whispering 'ZOOM ZOOM' or will that play the ZOOM ZOOM music theme?

I believe that's for zooming in and out on the display screen.

Regardless, it is funny to see the letters POS printed anywhere on a car.
