Smile New to the 3 but not to the flying M!!

Hello,
I didn't see a new members section or a welcome thread so I'm posting my intro here. Let me know if I missed it somehow. Just took delivery of a brand new Mazda 3s hatch 6-spd in velocity red a couple of hours ago (). I own a pretty heavily modded 2003 6i that I love to death. I have a nasty motor knock and need a new motor for that one now. I got tired of messing with it and bought the new mazda 3. The dealer is tinting the windows 20% next week and I plan to throw my cosmic grey powdercoated RX8's from my 6 on it ASAP.

I am a member of 6crew.com and 6club too. I will post some pics of the 2 cars very soon!

Below are some pics of the new 3 and my "old" 6. You can see the wheels that will be finding a new home on the new 3.

A member of 6club and 6crew, this is from our inaugural meet last year. We held it in my home town, had people from Canada, NYC, Texas, the turn out was amazing. Looking forward to finding a similar place to obtain and share knowledge on my new Mazda 3.

Nice car but not sure if the MZ3 can take a beating like that poor 6 did.
